Kleiman vs. Wright Jury Notes But No Verdict Yet

The jury in the Kleiman-Wright trial sent the judge a series of notes just prior to the day's close Monday as deliberations continued.

The Ira Kleiman vs. Craig Wright trial is concluded and we could soon learn the legal owner of nearly $69 billion in Bitcoin as well as the legal identity of Satoshi Nakamoto, author of the Bitcoin white paper.  Ira Kleiman's is the brother of a man Wright claims worked with him on the creation of Bitcoin.  Dave Kleiman passed away in 2014.

Among the notes passed on to the court from the jury:

They want to know "simple definition of unjust enrichment."

Then came more.

How much of the intellectual property does W&K currently have under the estate?

Do we need to select an amount for bitcoin and IP?

When answering yes to a question do we have to follow a certain formula or can we leave it blank?

And finally there was a concern over the jurors adjucating (sp) an amount.
