Newsom Admits He is Worried About Recall
It's easy to get a recall on the ballot in California and that has Governor Gavin Newsom worried, though actually getting the Governor booted is a much more difficult task.
Oddsmakers had the recall effort being successful a favorite early on.
While Newsom is now aggressively taking to the airwaves claiming a coordinated effort among Republicans to have him ousted, his leadership during the Covid-19 pandemic has been criticized beyond party lines. He is upside down in the polls at the moment.
The campaign to recall Newsom gained steam after he was found attending a maskless, mostly indoor dinner at a restaurant while much of the state was on lockdown.

BetOnline oddsmakers haven't budged when it comes to another high profile Governor leaving office.
They continue to leave New York's Governor Andrew Cuomo priced at -200 not to resign following allegations he had acted inappropriately around over a half dozen women. Cuomo has denied the accusations and affirmed he would not be stepping down.
Only 35 percent of New York voters believe he should resign.
