NBA Daily Fantasy Picks, Salaries and Betting Lines – March 4: Rudy Gobert on Fi

Gambling911.com has your NBA daily fantasy picks, salaries and betting lines for Wednesday with 13 games on tap.

BetOnline

First let’s look at our top fantasy picks for Tuesday that included Lebron James and Kevin Love of the Cavs and Mo Williams of the Hornets.

James needed 40 fantasy points, Love needed 36, Williams needed around 31 to make value.

Lebron easily made value with a cool 27 baskets, 3 rebounds, 5 assists, 3 steals and a block.

Love didn’t quite make value but closed in on 30 fantasy points nonetheless.

As for Williams, Gambling911.com suggested it could be the “Mo Williams Show” on Tuesday against the dreadful Lakers.  Charlotte escaped with a one-point loss and a final score of 104-103.

And Williams contribution to that victory?

20 baskets, 3 rebounds, 13 assists and 1 steal.  So, yes, we’d say Williams easily made value.

It was also the Al Jefferson Show though as he scored 21 baskets, 16 rebounds, 1 assist, 3 steals and block with no turnovers.

Now for some Wednesday picks:

Phoenix vs. Orlando on paper looks like a very daily fantasy friendly matchup especially where the Suns are concerned.

Orlando gives up the 2nd most fantasy points to opposing point guards, the 2nd most fantasy points to opposing centers and the 7th most fantasy points to opposing power forwards.

Brandon Knight (PG) $6K, Alex Len (C) $5.6K and Markieff Morris (PF) $6.3K are the one’s to watch here.

Against Miami the other night, Knight was a bit of a dud at his current price point.  Len managed to flirt with value while Morris failed to come close to value.

Against San Antonio on Saturday, Knight scored one basket and two assists in 16:42 minutes (that’s not a typo).  Len didn’t quite make value but Morris did have a decent showing with 19 baskets scored along with 7 rebounds, a steal and a block.

Needless-to-say we will stay clear of Knight.  But we do like Morris in this one as he played especially well the last time going up against Orlando, scoring 18 points, 10 rebounds, 7 assists and 1 block.  Len played just over 15 minutes and failed to have any impact versus the Magic.

Utah’s Derrick Favors (PF) $7.2K is a fairly safe pick as Boston has allowed the 4th most fantasy points to power forwards.  He enjoyed nearly 40 fantasy points the last time facing Boston and has played well of late.

Jazz center Rudy Gobert (C) $6.5K has been on fire of late and Boston ranks 21st against opposing centers.  His price really went up from under $5000 to $6500 in just a matter of weeks. He needs around 32 fantasy points.  In his last game he scored 15 points and had an unbelievable 24 rebounds.  He came close to making value against Boston the last time going up against them.

The Nuggets vs. Timberwolves game was one on our radar already last week and Andrew Wiggins (SF) $6.7K is your man here.  He scored 31 points, 9 rebounds, 4 assists, 3 blocks and 1 steal.

Sixers? Knicks? Who Can Challenge Boston in the East this Season?

As the new NBA season gets underway, there is most certainly a sense that the Boston Celtics are the team to beat once again. The 18-time champions really took an “if it’s not broken, don’t try to fix it” policy in the offseason, and it’s hard to argue with the tactic.
