Spurs vs. Clippers Daily Fantasy Sports Report: Salaries, Picks

Gambling911.com has your Spurs vs. Clippers daily fantasy salaries and picks for February 19, 2015.

There were a limited slate of NBA games on tap for Thursday.  Neither of the evening’s two matchups present any significant daily fantasy sports value.

With Blake Griffin out, expect some of the other Clippers players to get additional minutes.  His absence has helped make San Antonio a 1-point favorite. It is interesting to note that Griffin single-handedly dismantled the Spurs the last time he faced them, scoring 31 points, getting 13 rebounds and 5 assists.

Here are your projected salaries and target fantasy points to make value for the Clippers (vary between sites):

DeAndre Jordan (C) $7.5K – 30 fantasy points

Matt Barnes (SF) $3.9K – 24 fantasy points

Chris Paul (PG) $9.2K – 37 fantasy points

Spencer Hawes (PF) $3K – 18 fantasy points

J.J. Redick (SG) $3.6K – 22 fantasy points

DeAndre Jordan – He has been on fire.  He scored 24 points and added on 20 rebounds and 2 assists against Houston.  Prior to that he finished with 22 points and 27 rebounds against Dallas.

Spencer Hawes – With the limited slate, we have to take some risks.  This isn't the ideal matchup to stick Hawes in but he did manage to score 17 points along with one rebound and a block in his last game off the bench.  That got him to within value.  Hawes comes cheap.

Here are your projected salaries and target fantasy points to make value for the Spurs (vary between sites):

Danny Green (SG) $4.6K – 25 fantasy points

Kawhi Leonard (SF) $7.7K – 36 fantasy points

Tony Parker (PG) $4.6K – 25 fantasy points

Tim Duncan (PF) $7.6K – 35 fantasy points

Aron Baynes (C) $3K – 18 fantasy points

Kawhi Leonard – Perhaps the most reliable of the Spurs squad, we know that the LA Clippers struggle against small forwards and Leonard pretty much had his way with them the last time he played the Clippers, making value.

Danny Green – The Clippers have struggled against shooting guards of late.  Green is priced right so he should have little trouble making value against LA.  He accumulated around 30 fantasy points the last time he faced the Clippers.

Sixers? Knicks? Who Can Challenge Boston in the East this Season?

As the new NBA season gets underway, there is most certainly a sense that the Boston Celtics are the team to beat once again. The 18-time champions really took an “if it’s not broken, don’t try to fix it” policy in the offseason, and it’s hard to argue with the tactic.
