The Crimson Tide (14-3) are coming off a rare loss to Ole Miss.

Malik Dia’s 23 points, 19 rebounds and two blocks led No. 21 Mississippi to a 74-64 win over No. 4 Alabama on Tuesday.

Aden Holloway led Alabama (14-3, 3-1) with 15 points, and Mark Sears added 11.

Turnovers were a consistent problem for Alabama earlier in the season, at one point committing 14 or more turnovers six times in a seven-game stretch. The first three conference games were a slight improvement, but the Crimson Tide ended with 21 turnovers.

Kentucky (14-3) continued its winning ways with an 81-69 victory over Texas A&M this week.

Jaxson Robinson scored 22 points to lead No. 8 Kentucky to an 81-69 victory over 11th-ranked Texas A&M on Tuesday night.

Robinson made five of Kentucky’s nine 3-pointers, including four in the first half as the Wildcats (14-3, 3-1 SEC) improved to 5-0 against ranked opponents this season.

Andrew Carr added 13 points and Otega Oweh finished with 11 for Kentucky.

Before You Bet

  • Kentucky has won five of the last six games in this series at home.
  • The Wildcats have a ton of ball-handling options and turn the ball over just 13.2% of the time. (Action Network)
  • Alabama is first in the nation in points per game.
  • Kentucky scores a little less (than Alabama), but they are more efficient in their shooting. (Clutch Points)
  • The Wildcats rank 2nd in offense per KenPom.
  • Alabama may have an edge as Kentucky lacks in strength with interior defense.
