She ran her own online poker room for about a month before legislation passed that placed operating such rooms in a sort of "grey area"....dark grey area perhaps.  Pamela Anderson a Doyle Brunson became one of the hottest pairings on the poker circuit back then.

Ms. Anderson hasn't forgotten her poker roots.  This week she heads down to Australia to compete in the biggest poker tournament in the Southern Hemisphere, Aussie Millions.

"Doyle taught her everything she knows," commented Gambling911.com Senior Editor, Payton O'Brien.  "About poker that is!"

At a toast for Brunson, Pamela Anderson stated that the 80 something year old Brunson "didn't need Viagra".  Things that make you go hmmm.

Brunson has also been called upon in recent months to help gold medal Olympian swimmer Michael Phelps hone his poker skills.

Anderson was to have played last year's Aussie Millions but dropped out at the last minute for unknown reasons.

The 2009 Aussie Millions main event will take place Jan. 18-24. Last year Russian player Alexander Kostritsyn outlasted 778 players to take home the million dollars plus.
