After playing 5 events at the WSOP I still haven't cashed. I played the worst poker of my life yesterday in the Omaha 8 or Better. I had little interest in the event and played like a rank beginning. At least I got down to the final 30 players in 3 of the 5 tournaments. I may take a few days off and try to figure out my lack of enthusiasm. It's hard enough to win when you are focused so I've gotta turn things around.

Legendary poker pro, Doyle Brunson, has responded to shots taken at him by poker wunderkind Annette Obrestad.
In an interview with ESPN, the 2007 World Series of Poker Europe winner Obrestad said "Online players process information so much faster and don't let their egos get in the way of becoming a better player. No disrespect to Doyle, but I'd rather play him."
In that same interview, Obrestad said that "Girls suck at poker".
Poker Pro Paul Kitsos Dies On Way To WSOP
Described as "morbidly obese", poker pro Paul Kitsos died of a heart attack while in flight from JFK Airport bound for the World Series of Poker in Las Vegas Monday afternoon.
Paul "Smalls" Kitsos was 55 and owned a women's apparel company, according to the paper. After pressing the panic button on his flight to San Francisco, he began "sweating profusely and breathing heavily," the New York Post reports.
The pilot returned to JFK where it took four police officers to remove Kitsos from the plane.
Kitsos weighed more than 350 pounds.
