Most of the money being bet in England on Saturday's World Cup matchup against the United States was being bet on England.  That seems to be a no-brainer.  The only question remaining following yesterday's draw was how much a costly error by the English side cost punters.

The answer was a staggering £10million.

England goalkeeper Robert Green fumbled Clint Dempsey's shot into his own goal to leave the World Cup game with the United States tied at 1-1 after 75 minutes.  There was no score in the second half.

Across the pond nearly 70 percent of gamblers were backing Team USA and they too lost out due to the draw.

Online bookmakers catering to both markets fared quite well on Saturday thanks to Green.

The least amount of money was bet on the draw.
