Super Bowl Winning Margin Bets Among Best Payouts

When it comes to betting on the 2009 Super Bowl, payout possibilities can be huge depending on the wager and winning margin bets offer some of the best payouts.

Winning margin bets features odds on a winning range per team.  For example, Pittsburgh winning by 1 to 5 points would pay out $350 for every $100 bet at Sports Interaction.  The favorite though is a Steelers victory by 6 to 10 points.  That one pays slightly less ($300 for every $100 bet).

Super Bowl Coin Toss Betting Among Most Popular

If there is one Super Bowl betting prop that gets more bets than any other, it would be that world famous coin toss.

The Super Bowl coin toss in fact has become a science.

Heads or Tails? Until the Philadelphia Eagles won the coin toss before Super Bowl XXXIX, the coin toss for the Super Bowl was clearly a 50/50 proposition. In the first 38 Super Bowls, half of the teams who won the pre-game coin toss in a Super Bowl went on to win that game while the other half lost the game.

2009 Super Bowl Scoring Props

Gambling911.com has touched on a few of the 2009 Super Bowl scoring props already.  There are several to go over, however.

Bookmaker.com offered "Team to Score Last in the 2009 Super Bowl" with odds that favor the Pittsburgh Steelers only slightly.  Pittsburgh was at -135 odds while Arizona would pay a measly $105 for every $100 bet.

"This is the worst bet because you actually have to wait until the final seconds of the game to find out if your bet is a winner," commented Gambling911.com's Don Shapiro.

Cardinals vs. Ravens Super Bowl Line (Early)

Introducing the most unlikely of scenarios, at least in the eyes of oddsmakers both in Vegas and offshore - an Arizona Cardinals vs. Baltimore Ravens Super Bowl in 2009.

While the Cardinals were given decent odds early on in the season (the result of a weak NFC West division), the Ravens were one of only a handful of teams given triple digit odds to win the 2009 Super Bowl.  The payout - if you got them early enough - $10,000 for every $100 bet; $100,000 for every $1000 bet at betED.com.

2009 NFC Championship Prediction: Eagles vs. Cardinals

BetUS.com released their prediction on the 2009 NFL ga me between the Philadelphia Eagles and Arizona Cardinals.

If the Cardinals (11-7, 11-7 ATS) are going to cover the 4-point dog tag imposed by oddsmakers when they take on the Eagles (11-6-1, 12-6 ATS), things sure as hell better be different than when the teams met on November 27, BetUS analysts point out.
