Miami Heat No Win for Bookies

The Miami Heat win over Oklahoma City Thursday night in Game 5 to take the 2012 NBA Championship proved a killer for the books.

While action was somewhat balanced for Game 5, future bets on Miami to win, even at -500 and higher, were left some bookmakers paralyzed.

OKC had some decent action on the moneyline while Miami was getting around 55 percent on the -3.5 point spread.

For LeBron James it was his first NBA Championship and his first ring. He was also named MVP. Oddsmakers had LeBron as the favorite.
