Former NASCAR Driver Arrested for Attempted Rape

Jimmy Neal, a former NASCAR driver, has been arrested for attempted rape according to TMZ.com.

From TMZ.com:

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ Neal got out of jail at around 1:30 AM -- after serving about two weeks for felony evading while driving recklessly. We're told Neal then went to the home of a woman in Lake Forest, CA at around 3:00 AM and police were called three hours later for a disturbance.

When police arrived, we're told the woman (who claims she had only met Neal once before) told officers Neal attempted to rape her.

Silvia Mena Pregnant Exotic Dancer Suing Redskins Haynesworth

Silvia Mena is the exotic dancer suing Washington Redskins defensive lineman Albert Haynesworth for $10 million for getting her pregnant. 

Mena claims Haynesworth impregnated her four months ago in Miami during Super Bowl week, affording to CBS News Crimestoppers. Court papers filed Tuesday alleged Haynesworth became aware of the Silvia Mena pregnancy and promised to provide the New York woman with financial and emotional support.

Haynesworth signed a $100 million contract with the Redskins last year.
